No, our course focuses on gentle, responsive methods. 

Will this course address all the issues that can cause night wakings?

Unfortunately night wakings can be a complex issue so I cannot cover every aspect in this course. However, for most babies, the techniques covered will help to improve their nighttime sleep. For more complex situations one of my sleep programs or 1:1 coaching may be a better option.

While every child is unique, most parents see improvements within 1-3 days of consistently applying the techniques.

I am a certified sleep consultant. Prior to becoming a sleep consultant, I worked in the education sector for 20+ years as both a teacher and principal.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Education, Honours from James Cook University in 2004 and went on to complete my Masters of Education at Flinders University in 2017.

I have extensive experience in working closely with families to support the needs of their children both in their education and wellbeing.
